Obituary of Jack Smart

Smart, Jack Peacefully at the Niagara Greater General Hospital on Monday May 18th, 2009. In his 84th year, Jack Smart, loving friend and husband of Shirley Smart. Beloved father of Diane Garrington, Brian Wawzkiewicz, Patty Ellis and Bill Smart (Kathy). Loved Grandfather of Kevin, Sandra, Dustin, Shane, Tiffany, Justin and Amanda. Dear brother of Bob and Fred Smart. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Dane, by his brother Len Smart and by his three sisters Annabelle, Gladys and Helen. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Friday May 22, 2009 from 10 to 11am. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning at 11am. Memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
