Obituary of Peter Van Dyk

Van Dyk, Jr., “P.J.” Peter Suddenly passed away peacefully at St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, May 4, 2018. In his 43rd year, Peter Jason Van Dyk, Jr., loved son of Peter and Margi Van Dyk. Beloved brother of Kelly (Chris Matier), Troy (Laura), Chad (Rosalie Reyes), Kate (Bryan Moore), Cindy, Sean and Kyle. Loving uncle of Maddie, Lily, Charlie, Tommy, Felise and Cooper. Dearest godfather of Ayden, Tommy and Cooper. Fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. Predeceased by a sister Laury Anne. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Thursday May 10, 2018 from 7pm to 9pm and on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 9am to 10:40am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 31 Chestnut Street East, St. Catharines (905-227-2358) on Friday, May, 11, 2018 at 11am. Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to Ontario Heart& Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
