Obituary of Louise Sharp-Henderson

Sharp-Henderson, Louise ~ Peacefully at the St. Catharines General on Thursday Febuary 19, 2009. Louise has gone home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ in her 77th year surrounded by her family. Louise Sharp-Henderson (nee Nash), loving wife of Robert Henderson and the late Carl W. Sharp. Loving mother of Bryan (Brenda), Brenda (Ed Durette), Cheryl Sharp , Jean (Dave Melnick), Roy (Janet), Sandy (Rick Orr)and Judy (Gary Folkes). Loving grandmother of thirty-one grandchildren , twenty-three great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Dear sister of Jean (Carl Mulligan) and sister-in-law of Neil Sharp (Phyllis) and Dennis Sharp. Louise will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Predeceased by her parents Chester Nash and his wife Thelma. Louise’s family wish to extend special thanks to nursing staff, Dr. Azabi and Dr. Garland for the compassion and care shown. Louise’s family will receive relatives and friends from 1 to 2pm at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street St. Catharines on Saturday February 21, where a service in celebration of her life will be held at 2pm. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to Teen Challenge (Lambeth Box 777, London, Ontario N6P 1R6) or the charity of your choice keeping kids in mind would be appreciated by the family.
