Obituary of Frank James Kuta

KUTA, Frank James - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Thursday October 6, 2022 at the age of 91. Devoted husband and best friend of 66 years to Joan Kuta (nee Purchase). Son of the late Frank and Anne (Swierczek/Swartzak) Kuta of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. Loving father of Joanne (Reg) Jack, Sharon (the late Mark) Sinclair, David Kuta, and Lynn Kuta. Cherished grandfather of Krista, Tyler, Russell, Laura and Scott. Great-grandfather of Liam, Jack, Victoria, Matthew, Morgan, and Colin. Dear brother of the late Anne, the late John, Marion and Josephine. Frank graduated from St. Francis Xavier University and was a member of the Garden City Kiwanis in St. Catharines, where he worked on the annual Music Festival. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass in Celebration of his Life will take place on Saturday, October 22 at 11am at Saint Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church. The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity.
